Kucera Group Service Department:
The Kucera Group is proud to be a fully Certified CASE IH and CASE Construction company. This means that you have the confidence knowing your equipment is being worked on by the most highly qualified technicians. Our technicians are trained at CASE IH and CASE Construction training centers throughout the year, as well as being trained and updated at our other short-line vendor facilities as required.
With locations in Alvinston, Chatham and Tecumseh our service departments are available Monday – Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM. We also offer 24/7 service availability in season.
At our Alvinston location, we have made over 1.3 million in speciality service tool investments. We offer 8 licensed technicians, as well as 5 dedicated service vehicles including 2 fully equipped HD trucks with 6,500 lbs cranes and another dedicated float & driver with 2 trailers for all of your trucking needs.
Our service department is available Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. We also offer 24/7 service availability in season. The service

Our Precision Ag Specialists are part of Ontario’s Case IH Precision Farming Certified dealers. We are able to sell and support you with Case IH, Trimble and Outback Guidance product solutions. Our factory trained technicians can install electric or hydraulic steering solutions. Equipment colour would not be an issue. We have products that are all-makes compatible, which means that it doesn’t matter if your shed isn’t full of Case IH equipment, we have precision solutions for you! And, we have trained experts on staff to support you.

We are an independent Manufacturers Representative for several companies in the Ontario and eastern Canada regions. The company is managed by Wayne Graham, Wayne Symons and Heather Rutter who between them have well over 60 years of experience in the farm equipment field. They are backed by an office staff and set-up crew who provide warehousing and shipping of parts and wholegoods from their central location near Woodstock, Ontario.
